My "almost out of space" warnings on my 256GB X will soon be gone!

I got mine too, but ugh I wish my Watch was coming Friday as well :(
UPS tracking still shows mine in Anchorage.

I wish I had a tracker on it. Yes yes, I know I'm being silly. But this is one of the few purchases I become truly excited about. I drive an 11 yr old car because everything new I've seen leaves me cold. I don't buy expensive purses or shoes.

But my phone... This one shall be "Irene"
(my iPhone names always start with I.... Igor, Iris, Ivanna, etc..)

My watch won't deliver till Sep 28-Oct 2.

I can't wait to see how the golds in the phone vs stainless steel gold watch compare!

Yeah honestly I don’t splurge on anything. Treating myself with iPhone XS Max, Hermès Apple Watch, iPad with Face ID and redesigned iMac (hopefully).

I haven’t received no updates from att it still says preparing to ship but I got a email from fed ex saying my package will be delivered tomorrow

Mine will be delivered by FedEx. It's been been just 20 miles away since the 16th and now at my delivery location but the tracking number said future delivery requested.

Got the email this morning as well with the UPS tracking number.

However when I click on the tracking number in the email, it takes me to the Apple page and it says: Shipment on Hold. There is an issue with your delivery and the carrier is unable to deliver your package. Please contact us at 1-800-MY-APPLE.

The Apple Store app still shows shipped.

Mine still shows in Korea.

Yeah, mine says the same thing. I hope it’s because it’s at my local UPS and they are holding shipment until tomorrow. I’ll try to call during lunch and see what they say.

Did you change delivery for pickup at UPS CC?

Nope didn’t touch anything. It’s only showing that on the website, not in the app.

Yeah I know UPS does all kinds of weird things. Figured calling Apple would just get me to talk with a clueless CS. ;)

I got 4 of the same email. I guess Apple really wants to make sure I know it’s coming. Like I haven’t been obsessing about it all week!...o_O

Yeah, you’re probably right. I was going to call this morning, but didn’t want to waste time. I’ll check again at lunch. Maybe there will be some movement or a change in the shipping status. It does say on the UPS app that the date is tentative. That’s making me a little nervous.

Mine said it's on it's way, current location Korea, however the Apple Order page says,

"Shipment on Hold"
"There is an issue with your delivery and the carrier is unable to deliver your package. Please contact us at 1-800-MY-APPLE."

What's the deal?

Received the same ‘on hold’ notice. I came here to search if others were getting that too. Wondered if it was a spam email trying to trick me into signing in to my account (it succeeded) ...will call in a couple of hours. App Store shows no issue at all. So confused!

Wonder if the On Hold messages are because the last scan was Korea and hasn’t gotten updated. If there are a bunch of us with the message, then I’m less worried about it.

I have the same “on hold” notice on the Apple store page, but not the App. I too came here to see if others were getting it. I’m relieved to see I’m not the only one.

That's Chairman Kim in N. Korea engaging in some hijinx to thumb his nose at the US and one of the more anticipated days in American commerce.

I'm glad I see other people's orders arena hold. mine still shows the last location of South Korea too. Hopefully all is well and the tracking information just hasn't updated yet...
