I have 5c....this is what I get when I try to update to new IOS.....anyone have ideas as to WHY...if you don't have any problems ...pls refrain from posting.

That’s b/c the 5c isn’t a supported device.

Apple is focusing on 64-bit devices now. The 5c is a 32-bit device so does not support iOS 11 (as mentioned).

If you want iOS 11 you will need an iPhone 5s or above which are all 64-bit.
