Your Thoughts on Apple vs. Psystar

My team at the UF MBA program is researching the current dispute between Apple and Psystar for our Business Law course.

As we research the articles and the arguments, I thought it would be great to get some thoughts from the Mac users on this forum.

• Do you think Apple has a fair argument against Psystar?
• Does Apple's EULA violate antitrust laws?
• Considering any potential fallout from a legal decision as well as the attitudes of the two sides, are you more or less likely to buy from Apple than you were this time last year?
• What about Psystar?
• Do any of you own a Psystar computer?
• Has your opinion of either company changed over the last year because of this?

I was hoping that more specific questions would get specific answers.

Actually, the other threads are about 95% noise. This one is likely destined for the same fate, as you're still asking enthusiasts, not legal experts, for an opinion, of which they are never short of.
