Now that the ECG app has been with us for about 6 month's, how often to you do an ECG on yourself or you don't really bother with it as often anymore? Love to read your opinions.....thanks

Or above 120 bpm. But I assume your heartbeat is between these boundaries most of the time.
I usually use it an hour after my workout or before I go to bed.

I'm only above 50 when working out. Usually around 40-42. I could do it post workout, I just never seem to remember.

I used the ECG feature once when I got it, the first day. Since the Watch has abnormal rhythm notifications, I don’t see the need to actually make an ECG chart on any regular basis. Why would you except maybe to show your GP one time.

I don’t use it, I let the watch use it. That’s what it’s for.

You’d have to be extremely lucky to catch an irregularly by yourself, and since the watch keeps checking throughout the day anyway, it’s likely that it will catch anything worthwhile a lot faster and more efficiently than an occasional manual check.
