iPod touch YouTube actvation problem?

When i try to access YouTube it tells me that i need to connect to an iTunes with an internet connection... I am connecting the iPod to iTunes with an internet connection.. what else do i need to do? Is it because i get a 11333 error when trying to access iTunes store on my MacBook?

I had to register my iPod over itunes for youtube to work.
