I have 3 Apple TVs in my house, all are 4th generation (NOT 4K) but one is the older one with the non-white ring remote. Several weeks ago the older one’s YouTube app auto updated to a fancier version but the 2 newer ones have not. I’ve restarted both, left them on all day, left them off for days, and they still haven’t updated.

Any idea on why this would happen? They’re both on the latest version of tvOS.

the auto-update function on the aTV is a bit slow sometimes.

If you go to the page for the app in the store, and there's an update available, it will have an update button, so you can manually update from that page.

That’s what is weird. There’s no update button. Just Open.

I thought maybe it has to do with screen size or resolution but the one that’s updated is on a 32” 720p, the older apps are on a 32” 720p and 60” 1080.
