Youtube app long waiting for menu/suggestions belove down screen

Hello, My video attached explain everything most time after I play video on youtube app and I want to show menu I need wait in my opinion long for loading details. This is normal?

Device Apple TV 4K 1gen/2gen and latest version of app.
