   Are there any changes to the YouTube app, with regard to multiple accounts and a change to the rating system(stars to 'Like' & 'Dislike')?

   It's pretty much the same with one change which lets you watch videos in portrait rather than landscape. Another change for the beta is it's buggy as hell, lol.
