Hi There,I am having trouble getting a customURL for my Youtube page. When I first started my page, there was a message saying that I qualified for a customurl. But I hadn't come up with my name yet, so I just ignored the message. By the time I actually came up with my channel name, the message was gone. Now I cannot figure out how to get it back. I desperately want a customURL. HELP!!The problem is that my Google+ page has my personal name and it created a Youtube page that goes with it, also my personal name as well. But I don't want a Youtube page with my personal name, nor do I have any videos uploaded to that one. I created another Youtube Channel with my channel name, "AdventurossTV"The AdventurossTV Youtube channel is what I want the customURL for, not my personal name one. When I went to my Google+ page under "about", it said I am eligible for customURL, but the customurl it is telling me is my personal name...same as google+ page. How do I keep my personal name on my Google+, but have a different name on Youtube, and still keep them linked? Does that make sense? Sorry if I am not articulating it correctly.I have already seen this link: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2657968 with the requirements. But I am saying, everything is new. I created the Google+ Profile and Youtube channel all on the same day. So why is it that the Youtube Channel associated with my Google+ Profile is eligible for a customurl and my other named Youtube channel is not? They were created at exactly the same time.

Hey Ross,

I have no idea what the answer to your question is, but I know you're not going to find it in the MacBook Pro forum.

Hey, ya never know. Where there are computer folks...there is always potential for an answer to be found. I tried other forums that are more specific to my question and no one seems to know how to help me.
