Youtube display is skewed and will not play correctly.

In Safari when I watch a youtube video it will not display correctly.(see Picture) only the upper right corner will display. I want to know if this is normal or is there a setting I am missing in IOS. I get this on every youtube video.
rMBP is set for Best For Retina. Youtube works fine on Chrome.

and make sure you aren't in the html5 trial
