While trying to watch a YouTube video in landscape, on my iPhone XS max I was able to zoom in to fill the whole screen by taking 2fingers and stretching the screen. With my 13 pro I cannot seem to do this. Is this just a max feature or is something wrong?

YouTube app or website? I just tried it on my 13 pro max with 15.1 beta 2 and I was able to expand the video to fill the screen by stretching it with two fingers in the YouTube app. That didn’t work on the YouTube website, but double tapping on the video expanded it to fill the screen there.

Same here for me on the app. Can use two fingers to fill the screen.

Sorry, on the app. I’m on 13 pro. NOT MAX.
