YouTube & HTML Plays 144p Automatically After Update?

Has anyone had issues with the new way Flash behaves and HTML 5?
Automatically when I open safari it will play a 144p and won't change its quality, I'd have to do it manually. Any idea on how I could possibly fix that without having to click it myself?
