YouTube: iPhone4 no good; iTouch good???

I have both the iTouch and iPhone4 (each loaded with 4.1). Playing YouTube videos on the iTouch works great. Playing the same video on my iPhone4 results in stalling, hesitation, and generally no joy. Anybody know why? Any fixes?
