YouTube is down, is it possible it is a North Korea hack?

Youtube is not down. I just opened it up and saw a video.

Please don't jump to conclusions that its a hack attack by North Korea.

Pervious posters youtube was down 2 hours and 4 minutes ago, so don't go hating on OP. OP maybe jumping to conclusions but they're right, youtube was down.

Indeed.

While YouTube may have been down (and now, of course, I can see that it no longer is), it strikes me that it may take a leap of the imagination to conclude that North Korea is responsible for this……….temporary cessation of service.
 
My boss hacked YouTube, Facebook and Twitter to try and get some of the lazy people I work with.
Unfortunately it didn't work. They just moved onto texting.
