Hello,

Been having this problems for months - I have Youtube Premium and have disabled all adblockers etc, but keep getting this problem when trying to load videos - usually one in every 4 video it was try to load and says connect to internet - I've tried different DNS, cleared cache - I have 1GBit internet - but I can't seem to fix this issue on safari - I have tried Chrome and seems to work fine

Anyone have the same issue?

Must be something on your local system. Have you tried browsing from a private window to see if that works (and also clearing browser cache might be worth a shot)?

No issues accessing YouTube with Chrome (my primary web browser) or Safari.

Hello, yeah tried private browsing and cleared browser cache. And I still get the same issues. Other websites are fine etc, just massive problems with safari with YouTube.

Chrome works great and no issues.

My first thought when you said Safari was unreliable was, "use another browser for YouTube".

My SECOND thought when you mentioned Chrome was, "ugh... use another browser OTHER THAN Chrome".

I've found Brave to be good for YouTube, especially handling ads (there are none, when you use it a certain way).

DuckDuckGo also has a decent browser for YouTube (actually, has its own "YouTube viewer" built in to handle ads, etc.).
