How do I add this onto one of my videos on YouTube so I won't get in trouble for using music.

It happens automatically with some studios. Also, if you get a strike, there are some circumstances where you can put music in your videos. If what you want to do is one of them, you can copy and paste the fair use guideline into the appeal.

I think it adds that automatically if no copyright claim is made.
