Youtube uploads 1080P?

How do you upload video from your 4S to you tube in 1080P? I uploaded the video from my phone but it compressed it to 720P. I tried downloading to my computer and then uploading to youtube and I got 480P. What am I doing wrong?

I got it. I had to log out of youtube and then log back in again, weird!
