YouTube very slow

Is it just me? YouTube is very slow for me since last week. The website loads very slowly and sometimes in a long video, it stops loading halfway. I have a very decent connection. Other websites are fine.

This happened to me a few times in the last couple months but not within the last week. I noticed it happened, possibly coincidently, after YouTube made the HD/Widescreen update.

I also have seen at least one video get garbled on playback and then flip to a green screen when using my iPod Touch. The vid runs fine on my Mac. No other vids mess up my Touch.

I have no experienced lagging in Youtube lately. Maybe is just your connection?

I think it was my connection when this happened to me because I ran a speed test and it was slower than normal, significantly.

A few times I had noticed really slow Internet and YouTube service. Ended up being my wireless channel was the same as my secondary wireless network. Changed channels and everything ran perfectly.

Youtube has been running slow for me during the evening hours PDT.

It seems logical to say that evening hours may be YouTube's busiest hours. With that said, their servers may be a tad bit busy at that time so buffering takes longer.
