iPhone 13 Pro Max Youtube video goes dark, audio continues.

I’ve been having this issue fairly often with the YouTube app, where I’ll be playing a video and it suddenly goes dark, but the audio continues playing. The only way I can get it back to normal is by closing and re-opening the YouTube app.

the exact issue happened quite often lately on my Poco M3 Pro 5G... not on my 12 Pro Max though.

Have you tried quitting all apps and then restarting your phone?

yes that's a youtube bug it's been having

i just force close the app and reopen or i switch to another video and then switch back to the one that wasn't working
