YouTube/ Video.Google Servers slow?

Anybody else noticed a decline in speed at YouTube and Video.Google since about few weeks?

It's very annoying and buffering very slow (both on my iPhone and MBP) and i have a fast connection. All other video sites are buffering fast.

Same, it takes long for the video to start.

At longer and higher quality videos, maybe. But for normal videos, I don't see any decline. I don't know what the problem would be though, especially if you have a fast connection.

Maybe for Google. But YouTube usually only does it once a month and announces it. But you never know.
