I've just updated my YouTube app on the iPhone 5 and it didn't remember my login details from before the update. So I continued to login and after I enter my details I get 'Authetication Error' with a big exclamation mark above it.

I've tried killing the app and re opening, restarting the phone and uninstalling the app but none have yet worked.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

This is happening to me and others as well not only with YouTube but with many other apps that Google does for iOS.

All of their latest updates no longer let users get in (some, not everyone obviously) when trying to sign in.

This is extremely frustrating and has given me issues with both YouTube and Maps.

Can someone please suggest what to do? I've tried changing my password...Logging in and out of apps...Deleting and redownloading...Hard resetting my phone...

No luck.
