YouTuber Creates the Apple Event We Aren't Getting This Month

Apple's marketing chief Greg Joswiak on Thursday teased an "exciting week of announcements" planned next week, and that likely rules out a prerecorded Apple Event video this month, despite Apple streaming a short, spooky "Scary Fast" event last October.

Nevertheless, YouTube channel Front Page Tech has stepped in with its own rendition of the Apple Event we aren't getting this month. In the video, Jon Prosser does his best impression of Apple CEO Tim Cook and announces all of the rumored new Macs with M4 chips. The video is somewhat of a parody, so don't take it too seriously, but it's also an impressive production feat that Prosser's team spent nearly a month working on.

Masterpiece. Several literal LOL bits. An ideal mix of probable facts and delicious parody/humor. Even in the spots where they nicely poke the bear, hopefully the bear will LISTEN and perhaps actually address the root of those pokes.

Now, if I was him, I'd barricade the doors... because the perpetual defenders will likely gather pitchforks, torches and battering rams to storm his castle TODAY. I expect next video to come from "an undisclosed location, probably somewhere within the Sol or neighboring systems" ;)

I swear though if Apple removes the Ethernet adapter from the Mac Mini I…I guess I will have lost all faith in what Apple thinks they’re doing to the desktop. I don’t know why they seem to hate Ethernet so much.

It's another thing they've found they can remove and then charge people to "get back"

It really irritates me they tied Ethernet to a higher tier (more expensive) Apple TV

The whole "storage tiers" thing on Apple TV's is truly ludicrous
There should be one ATV model, with all the ports, and be done with it

*that's barely a joke. Note that they have an AppleTV with and without and the iMac had it ejected to the Power brick. But please defenders: pound away with a bunch of "wireless is 'the future'" and the usual 'should they have SCSI, firewire, etc ports too?" if this proves to be a correct guess.
