    howdy:
anyone ever do business with or hear of Zack Electronics ??
According to their site they are based out of California with shipping facilities in Rochester , N.Y.. Also have offices in the U.K. and Italy.

prices are deep discounted ie: 8 gb ipod nano ....new.....$96.50 vs, $149 elsewhere. They offer a lot of electronic gear it appears....but..........
I stick to my belief of if it it seems too good to be true.............;)
so.....I wanted to get your thoughts ??
    thanks, kevin

$96.50 sounds awfully like a price those people who post giant lists of discounted electronics on forums would use.

Plus, it's really cheap and I wouldn't chance it.

That's against New York state law, and being registered in NY and having offices there, they have to comply with no minimum order, no minimum credit charge, no additional fee for credit, and numerous other customer advocacy rules and regulations.

Anytime a price sounds too good to be true it's probably either a scam or stolen equipment. Stick to reputable dealers. If you buy only on price you set yourself up to get scammed. You can also check www.resellerratings.com. I checked and they only have one review and it says its most likely a scam operation.
