Zagg order seems hung up

Ordered a new iPod Zagg Portfolio and screen cover. Both are showing a replace status with the replace with a strike through. 😕
When you click on this it shows to email or call them.

I emailed and asked that my order be cancelled.😡

Received no email that anything was wrong, just was checking.
