Finally moved on.

Mine hung out in Incheon, Korea for several days (like most of you), and finally departed today. Still marked as for delivery today even though UPS has told me that won't happen...and it obviously wouldn't make it anyway.

Mine updated too! Which seems like bad joo-joo. lol

I'm checking for any flights leaving Incheon to Anchorage and cannot find any. The last flight from ICN to Anchorage from UPS landed more than 18 hours ago.

so i call back and instead of put me on hold this bitch actually takes my number and says she is going to call ups and then call me back, is she really going to call me back wtf?!?

And this is straight ******** they better hold one for me in the store or something im not waiting for more shipping that doesn't even make sense, they should have let me know that it had been in china for a week when peoples who shipped the day after already have theirs, apple has definitely failed this time

and if its lost i shouldnt be the one contacting them they shuolda sent me a new one and contacted me
 
My tracking just shifted to 'import scan' in Louisville, after arriving there last night at 1:12AM. I hope that means it gets out today, to deliver tomorrow, but given my 'expedited' method am not optimistic. Very annoying.

Just because it got scanned doesn't mean the flight has left yet. Looking at other people's tracking history, it looks like it'll hit Anchorage at about 2pm local time and make it to Louisville at about 2am tomorrow morning. It will not clear customs until noon tomorrow at the earliest.

(I'm not sure if the Canadian shipments will need to clear customs in Kentucky....., but i would imagine Canada's customs would be just as slow.)

should thank me and the apple customer support that helped me by calling them and yelling at one of them to show tracking!!! because i think they updated everyones thats in the same spot as mine... and can you believe my last update was in ZhengZhou? this is my entire log...

I just called them and after being on hold for like 15 mins and getting transferred like 4 times the agent told me my package cleared though customs at 11:11 today and it will get delivered october 1st. I asked if its still in China she said she doesnt know but she said its not lost and its in the system and it will get delivered on the 1st. I think I'm just gonna stop tracking now and wait till the first, this is too stressful...

DONT GIVE UP call apple again, the firstp erson i talked to put me on hold too, call them and say YOU WANT THEM TO CALL UPS AND HAVE THEM UPDATE IT

IF THEY TELL YOU THEY CANT OR WONT THEY ARE STRAIGHT LYING BECAUSE APPLE JUST DID IT FOR ME, TOOK LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AND NOW MY **** IS UPDATED LIKE IT SHOULD BE, AND APPLE+UPS SAID IT WILL BE HERE TOMORROW (FRIDAY)

Well mine hasnt updated but UPS assured me it passed customs. Good enough I guess.

Yes, it's a first world problem.

But it's extremely frustrating when you put money down on a new phone, and "pre-order" it being told a delivery of the 21st will happen. Than you're now being told to wait for a product to arrive in October.

Meanwhile you could've simply waited and gone to an apple store and pick one up there, since many apple stores have them in stock still.

Probably tomorrow, theirs non scheduled for today and UPS61 has yet to arrive in ICN anyways (it's still in Louisville). So I guess for the people's whose phones are / were stuck in ICN for the longest will be waiting until the 1st.

Exactly, I ordered mine one hour and 20 minutes into the pre-orders and im still waiting, when people who ordered days later got theirs, and on top of that I COULD HAVE WALKED RIGHT IN ON THE 21ST TO ANY OF THE AT&T STORES BY MY HOUSE, THEY ALL HAD ENOUGH FOR EVERY PERSON IN LINE, SO I WOUILDNT HAVE HAD TO EVEN WAIT IN LINE, JUST BE THERE AT 9AM!!! SUCH A JOKE! IF MY CARE PACKAGE PRE-ORDER (I KNOW $200 FOR BLACK OPS 2, LMFAO!) DOES THIS CRAP IM GONNA CHOP OFF SOMEBODYS BALLS!
 
So mine has been updated to say "import scan" as of just after 11am. Also the top of my UPS tracking page now says "by end of day tomorrow the 28th".

For the record I ordered at 4:30am EST, 32GB black ATT and I am in Philly.

Yep, it is what it is. But clarification would have been nice. I won't lie, my phone being stuck in Incheon for 3 days with no explanation was a bit nerve-racking.

With the more information that comes out, live-tracking flights, the shipping/delivery companies have fallen behind when it comes to tracking in their own warehouses. Crazy.
 
So any idea what flight our phones are on? For the map tracking or whatever sites weve been stalking? Mine is 32gig white. Ordered morning of launch. A bit annoyed that my husbands was ordered later that day and has been here for days (express 16g Black). Mine has either been stuck in 'snooze Lose' china, or Korea. Each for DAYS. Now states headed to Lousivile from Korea. Tho my delivery still states EOD today, and ON TIME??

So iPhone (white 32gig) still in AK. Still at 7:52 eastern time states my package is on time and due for delivery TODAY. We are all aware A: won't be here (In Raleigh NC from AK) today. And B: UPS DOESN'T SHIP AFTER 8!! Matter of fact. I think 6 is cut off for day. So when I call UPS to hear (directly from them what my status is and expectations should be) the CSR STATES it WILL BE HERE TODAY.
ME: when is the last scan you're showing? (to make my point kindergarten style)
CSR: AK early afternoon.
She then told me that if my status doesn't update anymore tonight I need to call APPLE bc SHIPPING STATUSES aren't THEIR problem?! SMH

BTW: since hanging up, no update. I'm 'whatever' at this point. But now I notice yet another package (iPhone) on my profile headed for NJ. Poor person prob has no idea the status or ETA. I saw its due to be delivered 2mrw-yay to them.

Mine got that Louisville departure today and arrived in ontario CA (1 HOUR AND 30 MIN AWAY) SO ITS FIR SURE GONNA BE READY FOR PICK UP IN 13 HOURS

I finally have some tracking updates 😀 It departed Louisville abs arrived in Buffalo, NY. Should get it by Monday at the latest, maybe tomorrow.

I'm scheduled to pick it up at 9AM, about 10 hours from now
 
Mine powered through the Import Scan in a record time of 3 hours (most I've seen took upwards of 12 hours) and is out for delivery today. I'd like to think someone found our pallet still hanging out in Korea and they internally boosted its priority.

Out for delivery today. Relief to just have this whole ordeal done. Definitely not preordering from Apple again. I'll be hitting their store.
