My phone is there too! But I'm a little worried since the ups tracking displays "To: FOSTER CITY, CA, US" and I don't live there.. Not even in this country, does it display your own country there or it's just me ?

FWIW mine does display the correct city/state destination.

Then it's not your phone.

my phone was made in the 36 week so I'm so confused to why I don't have tracking yet.

Found this tracking info from my apple.com order (minus the last 2 numbers).. I'm confused lol but thanks
It's always possible that some other order coincidentally uses the same number. What other information is there? Where is it being shipped from? Do the reference numbers associated with that tracking number have your billing phone number in there recognizably? What is the weight?

Your phone was made 3 weeks ago, so it's very probably that it is already in the US, and you won't see tracking until later this week.

Considering you're in Europe, and the way Apple sends iPhones, it's probably heads to Foster City (Bay Area) for redistribution. In other words, they'll probably disassemble the crate then regroup them by location. From there, your phone should be on a new create headed to the Europe.

Why would they ship phones going to Europe to the US first? That's going the wrong way.

Well thx for answering. The info doesn't seem to be mine like the phone number but I didn't even notice it. The weight is 400grams which seems a little bit heavy since I only ordered a 6s Plus but i don't really know. It was sent from zengzhou so I guess it's still someone's iphone!

Well that's what I thought at a moment, I'm hoping it's the reason why but it seems possible. I'm gonna wait till I get some info from Apple. Thanks for helping peeps!

While it seems pretty darn dumb, it's still quite plausible. Wonder if there would be any benefit to simply mass mail everything to the US then redistribute?

Both of my units are coming from there. They are also both week 38 devices, and both ordered 0 day :15 after!

I have something similar. Managed to find the tracking number on UPS, but its showing to a city in the US. Not sure whether its the correct parcel, but I guess Ill have to wait until apple updates my order details to know for sure. I live in the UK btw.

I got an email for Signup for Personal Setup. Same email when I got my Apple Watch. I found my tracking number but still says preparing for shipping.

For those not in the know, you can follow the flights to the US over at FlightAware:

http://flightaware.com/live/iphone

6 of the flights landed in Anchorage roughly 3 hours ago, and are now en route to Louisville.

If you really want to get geeky about it (I'm working on a PPL, so I'm always doing it), both Anchorage and Louisville have LiveATC feeds, so you could listen in to when your flight departs and lands.
