Zinio help question for iPad app.

What does the number mean on my app icon? There is an 8 on the app and on my library button. Zinio's site was no help.

I believe it means you have unread books in your library. But the indicator might be buggy as it's not always accurate.

Hmmmm...thnks....could be zinio then then since it says on the web version that I have the magazine Marie Claire to download.

This should have been posted in the app forum. I can confirm it's the unread magazine count.

It is the number of issues you have ready for download. The ones that haven't been downloaded yet have blue text under the cover instead of white.

Its a little finicky sometimes after you download a magazine it will still show the number for it. Open and close the app and it usually goes away. So glad they updated the app to let us remove magazines from the library view.
