My 16 gb ipod touch keeps locking up when trying to install ziphone 3. I've got latest upgrades of 10.5, itunes, etc.

Keeps locking up in BSD and I have to go into recovery mode and restore in itunes.

    Any suggestions? Much love, thanks.

Yep. I tried to find that on the site, but it only has 3.0. Where can I find 2.6b?

    frak it, got iLiberty instead

First link wouldn't download. 2nd directed me to the now 3.0 download. Thanks for your efforts.

In the meanwhile, I found iLiberty, and it worked like a frakkin' charm. SWEET! Again, I say, SUH-WEEE-T!!!

I can understand why y'all get so excited about the jailbreaking (and others about a prospective SDK). It really shows off the capabilities of the device as a true mobile computing platform. Wow.

Now, I imagine since I've wandered out from Cupertino's walled garden, I'll have to wait before I download any ipod updates, huh? (Unless I want to restore it first.)

You don't want to upgrade until someone cracks the update. but i don't think there will be anymore updates until the SDK launch in June.
