ZiPhone - going back?

Hi all.

Did the ZiPhone Jailbreak (on a 1.1.3) which worked fine, but is there now any way to go back to a standard non-jailbreaked machine without losing all my music/contacts/mail/settings etc?

Back up in iTunes and then restore?
