Hi,

I developed a menu-bar app called Zone Share that lets you share just a specific portion of your screen in Teams or any other conferencing app. It’s a lifesaver for ultrawide monitors, but it's also perfect for lectures, professional presentations and every remote worker.

How it works
1. Define the section you want to share
2. Start mirroring
3. The content is mirrored into a window "Zone Share", that can then be shared

Features

Toolbar
A built-in toolbar enables you to draw directly on mirrored content, set timers, or use spotlight or zoom tools.

Blur/Exclude Apps

Select specific apps or browser tabs to exclude from mirroring. Alternatively, they can be automatically blurred when they appear in the shared area, allowing you to hide sensitive content like WhatsApp or Teams chats.

Positioning

The shared section can be freely positioned and resized on the screen.

Pre-Defined Ratios

Quickly select standard aspect ratios such as 16:9, 21:9, 4:3, or Fullscreen.

Hotkeys

Start mirroring and control other features instantly using global hotkeys.

The app is available as dmg download and also via the App Store.

The basic functionality is free; to unlock all features, you can purchase the Pro version as a monthly subscription or a lifetime license.

You can find more information on the website https://zoneshare.app.

I hope the app is useful to someone.
