What info sent to China. You know that never happened in the US, right?

A blatant lie.

If you are stating ‘that’s not how ETEE works’, then look at my follow up reply.

Cisco WebEx introduced E2EE even for free accounts. Without contacting support. You can enable it via website (at the moment only for new registered accounts).
But it stops unlimited speech time. It's limited to 50 minutes within free accounts.

That's what they did. Sending private info to China.

You are aware that was not deliberate, right? Are you also aware that this sort of misconfiguration isn't unique to Zoom?

The way y'all go on about it is like this was a deliberate and methodical decision. It wasn't.

At the time, Zoom was using many data centers to generate the encryption keys used for meetings and that, due to some major screw up, two Chinese based DCs were accidentally added to the backup bridge whitelist when they shouldn't have been.

Then how come so many countries are ditching the Zoom platform? TiggerToo, there are a lot of articles about Zoom in terms of security flaws.

Even SpaceX is ditching Zoom.

There is no reason to set data centers in China and yet they did.
