Zoom has black screen on the meeting with iMac 2009

Hey,

I need some help for Zoom.

I have two iMac 2009 i7 installed patched Catalina. I get black screen while I am in the meeting. One with 4850 video card other one with 6750M, bother has same problem. I did get zoom work by the time I installed the Catalina, it happened after I installed the new patch.

What should I do? upgrade the video card?

I had the same issue. I believe if you have patched a Mac to use Catalina, Zoom assumes certain features that are not actually available.

if you Google around you can find earlier versions of Zoom. install one of those on the iMac and it will work fine.

Update. The Zoom is working after I installed the K2100m video card.
