Zoom image is tiny

When I share a window or the entire screen from my 4k monitor in Zoom, people say it comes out tiny. How can I make it appear "normal"?

Change your screen resolution or they can modify their zoom level in the application.

I changed it to 1920 X 1080 and they still say it is small. The same people have no issue viewing with 1920 X 1080 on my Windows machine. The window machine does have 2 monitors and 1920 X 1080 is the default on the monitor shared.

FWIW, the 4k Monitor is from Asus.

Maybe they should get some bigger monitors.

FWIW, this is from my Mac Studio. Hopefully, that does not matter.
