Oh good grief. It's mentioned in these forums at least 8 MILLION times. It's in the instructions on the apple website. Why not do some research before making a useless thread.

So, in order to keep laziness alive and well, I will answer in three words.
Pinch to zoom.

It's odd but the other day I was taking pics and held my finger down and it started zooming and kept zooming. NO clue what happened but can't seem to make it happen again. I miss being able to tap and get the zoom option. But yeah, it's a two fingered thing now.
