Zooming within the application.

Is it at all possible to zoom within the application's window only?

Sometimes I feel like focusing a section of a Safari window (eyesight matter, for example) and I don't want to lose vision of other things going on, say, msn, skype, or even a movie I'm watching.

Naw, that completely screws up the window, and it's more resizing than an actual zoom. I'm looking for a window-bid zoom that works like control + roll does for the entire desktop. 😛
