Zooms setting For Different Websites , help

Came from a Windows to mac , love it but have one annoying Problem .

1. I have Setting in Safari for Font to 15 Minimum , which Causes websites to Cram the menus sometimes .

2. Then when Press command and + to zoom in , it makes that zoom setting default for every Website .

3. In Windows it used to Have Different for all Websites .... can anyone help me

I use the Safari Quickstyle extension for that. You can have it enlarge the whole page (like command + does), or just the text. It can be configured for all sites or just sites you add to a list.
