They should offer a trade-in service, like their $200 flat-repair offer. Trade in your (cracked) iphone4 and get a white iphone4

Well now I want one. Not because I like the way it looks, which I don't, but because of the difficulties getting one out.
Second hole / slit
Anyone know why there's more slit's / holes in the ear area at the top on the white iPhone? I looked at a friends black one and it doesn't have this?
Also with "SUPPOSEDLY" the iPhone 5 coming in September why would you get a white iPhone 4 now?

Look at it this way: if you were Apple, would you rather:
a.) release a product that wasn't up to par and then have to deal with the massive backlash of "OMG Apple released a hosed product what losers who can't design a phone im goin DROID cuz APPL SUX LOL"; or
b.) do what they did and say publicly, "Ya know, we've found some crappiness within the manufacturing process that lets light bleed out from behind the white façade of the device, and we don't want to release a product that isn't the best it can and should be, so we're going to take the time to get it right instead of rushing it to the shelves," like so many other companies do on a regular basis? *cough cough VISTA cough*
I for one commend them for taking the time to get it right.

Seems to me the redesign was likely to correct issues in how the proximity sensor was functioning due to the different materials used for the white version.
Old black iphone 4 on ebay its gonna pay for the white iphone 4 lol so pretty much a no brainer for me ... then when iphone 5 comes out summer september or whenever I'll throw that one on ebay and get the 5 with the money from that one ... its a vicious cycle that I 've been doing for a while now with these damn iphones lol thanks steve jobs 
Yes, there are three earlier iOS phones, two have been discontinued and one is still sold as a cheaper alternative to the iPhone 4.
