Very interesting, because I feel exactly this way about iOS. Typing on my iPhone 4S and my iPad 3rd gen has been a real sore spot, with lots of missed keys and unregistered taps.

Ironically, I also get that when trying to launch apps sometimes with my iPad 3. It'll gray out the icon, but it won't actually launch.

The touch sensitivity is definitely different between both. I think after some time, you'll get used to it, especially with the screen size difference. You're navigating a much larger space with the keyboard now, both in height and width.

Agreed. Thanks!

Anyone else getting tiny hair-line scratches on the back of their Nexus 4s?

I've heard the glass is appallingly weak. LG's quality control not doing their best, I guess.

Be careful, early adopters. This launch is such a mess by Google. Delay in bumpers, too, apparently. Tmobile stores also have no idea when they're getting cases/screen protectors, etc. Really ridiculous.

I sincerely hope Google is taking notes. I guess I was too hopeful to think they learned anything from their Nexus 7 launch. =T

And what happened to the wireless charging?

Yeah, I knew something was up when the launch drew closer and closer and there was no pricing or additional information about the Nexus Orb or whatever it's called.

If I could make a face at Google, it'd be:

Whatevs. I just pop mine in the microwave for a couple of minutes each morning, and it charges it up just fine.
I do hope it is obvious this is a joke.

Nice, I'll give that a try in the morning. You think the popcorn setting would be enough time? Lol

Three nice observations. The screen is really smooth. The speaker on back is loud. The curved glass really makes a difference when using apps that have the " slide from the edge to access more" type of UI.

Not yet. I've gotten two calls while it was on its back and heard things just fine. But I am home today and it's pretty quiet.

Try laying it on something that conforms a bit too it like a couch or leather furniture. That used to damn near mute my old Samsung dumb phone.

Are you using the N4 on AT&T? If so, what speeds are you getting?

I'm currently getting AWFUL results in the speed tests. Like .01 Mbps. Yes point 01. I think my APN settings may be wrong or something.
It's showing only "H" and not "H+" also on AT&T

Well since before even getting my N4 I was looking for a way to hide the nav buttons to get more screen real estate (for games, web browsing... anything I might want more screen where the nav buttons dont disappear on their own).

Well since I rooted I was able to install Hide Bar that does just that. :) It's not perfect and I am only using the--fully functional--demo version as wait to see if something better comes along. But it does work:

Well I'm pretty impressed with the battery for the first run. I think this is similar to what I got on my iPhone 4. I feel good about it! And I was pushing this phone pretty hard all day. I hope the attachments worked.

When the wireless charging orb comes about this will absolutely be a non issue. A few charging cycles should make it better too.

That actually looks pretty good. Can you also post a screenshot of the battery history (tap on the battery chart)?
