I think that's the iOS Stock Weather....it's just toggled from week view to "Now/Today" View. Slide to toggle.
*EDIT: on closer inspection, it's not the Stock iOS Weather, sorry! 😛

Thanks for the response. Much appreciated! Ill give Petrich's version a shot. I was hesitant because I absolutely HATE when my NC isn't fluid like stock.

I'm pretty much on a stock iPhone, just with a few tweaks.
For me, I just went to notification in system settings and you can add weather to it. It's stock, no tweaks needed.
What weather widget is that? It doesn't look like the stock Yahoo one. My stock Yahoo widget has my city listed on the left and the high/low temps on the right.

*EDIT 2* Aha, it's Forecast. I kept ignoring that widget simply because I thought that was dependent on Lockinfo. I thought it would have conflicted with me since I have ISX.

Explain to me how when closing all running apps, my free memory goes up? Does nothing?
I don't rely on it figuring out for itself when to free my memory, if I need it now, I'll get it now. The apple way may be ok for AppStore apps and stock apps, but not so much for Cydia apps.
For clarification, I don't have any tweaks specifically for killing background apps, but it is included with Battery Doctor Pro.

Did you read the article? Of course it frees up memory.
But it's memory that isn't needed, or else iOS would have freed it up itself.

Like I said, I'm not going to wait for my phone to decide when I need free memory, if I'm sat at 96% used then ill choose to free up some memory. If my phone is slowing down, I'll do something about it.

- created a winterboard theme for removing backgrounds from most notification items (any other UI elements are probably from imatte v5 or edgy)
- Intelliscreen for the weather hidden in top shelf and minimizing notification headers. It can be seen in the 2nd screenshot
- Jukebox for the music controls (disappears when not playing anything)
