On iPad (I have iPad 2 so can't comment on Siri or airdrop):
- on all search boxes, the text saying search is centred, until you tap on it, then it moves to the left.
- the headers (today|all|missed) in notification centre match the background better
- calendar view in NC has been squashed down a bit
- downloading / installing apps has new animation
- the straight / line progress bar is thicker (the one used for loading webpages in Safari); the circle progress bar is still thin - it's not hard to see where it's thicker and where it's thinner, it's just that it looks horrid on a non-retina display.
- when you swipe on an email / reminder / note etc. you get the option of 'more' as well as 'trash'; if you tap on 'more' it'll show you everything you can possibly do with it - and I mean everything.
Safari:
- bookmarks bar now shows up
- iCloud icon is bigger
- you can close the last tab that is open, which will take you to your favourites
Notes:
- The currently selected note on the left has a dark yellow highlight, instead of grey.
Messages:
- scrolling animation is smoother / more refined
- there's a new animation when sending a message; the box comes up from the bottom and 'picks up' the text, then it 'wobbles' to the right.
- when you press contact, there are icons rather than text, saying FaceTime, audio and info.
Clock:
- each clock says how far behind it is from your location*
- when scrolling through to the next page of clocks, the clocks can move up and down as well as side to side; I think its a bug.
Calendar:
- When scrolling through the years in year view, each years will 'snap' so it shows the whole years without cutting any months off.
- small differences when in day view
In iTunes / App Store:
- there are icons at the bottom now, not just text (when selected they go blue, but when you highlight / tap on some they change to a different icon; I think it's a bug)
- purchased and genius still use old interfaces (grey gradients), which doesn't fit in (only iTunes)
Photos:
- Albums still look like stacks of photos, but it's impossible to tell depth / how many in that stack, as each photo is not offsetted or have any shadows (only if all photos same aspect ratio)
Music:
- still looks like scaled up iPhone app

- has a now playing view, with a large view of album artwork
- can rate songs
Settings
- everything is slightly bigger, due to text size increase, but it's most notable in Settings.
