Crud... I was hoping. Can't fathom why OSX Mavericks has it and not iOS 7
All I've noticed so far is that folders are a bit more transparent (not when opened however) and the words "contact call facetime" have been replaced with icons instead in Messages.
iPad seems more stable. Fixed an issue where I always had two status bars. Also the 'Private' browsing mode in safari isn't green anymore. It's blue and has a light highlight when enabled. Looks much better.

The new app download animation is cool... Another tweak out if the door... This time it's appcent... Hehe...

New animation for the cover vertical transition & for when the keyboard slides up. (Only subtle)
New animation for when siri opens, the background zooms out into a blur. (hard to describe and again, only subtle. I'll try do a video.
You can rate songs again by taping on the song title:
New genius icon:
The 'search' text in the search bars are all now centred and slide to the left when you tap on them:
The tabs at the top of notification centre have been tweaked to be more transparent and more vibrant.
New placing for the + button in weather app:
The status bar is now bigger in the lock screen.
New progress indicator for when installing an app:
The timestamps in notification centre are more transparent than the rest which makes it look awesome when you scroll through them:
The've added a new drag toggle for control centre so you can't accentually open it in fullscreen apps (just like notification centre):

There seems to be a subtle new animation when unlocking the device. The background now tilts towards you slightly just before the apps and dock come in.
