Hopefully this is the version they were using onstage at WWDC.

yea thats exactly my though on DP2 - please any1 with installed update confirm if there is dark theme included already and if CC (Creative Cloud Apps) works as well (Worked in DP1 for me).

Thanks!

Alright, someone please clarify - I'm getting an Update 1.0 in the Mac App Store, but a lot of people are posting screenshots that say 'DP2'

Are they the same thing?

Same here. From the "all the little things" thread...

They're the same thing. It's a 1.16GB update. The complete build (iso) is officially known as DP2.
So yes, that is what you want.

And I got ninjad' : P

I think it'll be a while before we see the dark theme. It wasn't even functioning at WWDC, they only showed a picture of it.

Well, I kinda hoped the dark theme makes it to one of the developer previews. But it looks like you are right..

curious if they ported all apps to swift for this or when will that happen by? presume it would double the performance of all apps in the way they alluded to during the WWDC.

Woo-hoo! Bring on the dark theme (can't stand the "Miami Vice" 80's colors, the blue folder icon makes my eyes bleed)

Agreed. Such a simple change that dramatically affects the user experience!

If only they had that for iOS 8 (as well as the way better icon design), I'd be somewhat tempted to come back.
