my 320m runs stable with shader at 1400, trying 1500 (skyrim) and is there anyway to increase the vram?? since its shared??
Don't think so. What do you mean by "stable" any way - what FPS are you getting?

What driver version are you guys using? Just tried with the newest from Nvidia (296.10), and i only get 4324 points 3dmark06.![]()
Really useful thread.
I'm new to OC'ing and I've set the parameters proposed by OP, but I'm concerned about safety. What would be the maximum "safe" core/shader clock frequency w/ the latest nVidia Drivers (296.10 whql)? Any ideas?
Btw, mine is a MBP 13'', 2.44GHz.
hope it helps![]()
Wow, it sure helped. AWESOME answer. Thank you very much!
I've experienced BSODs with this driver version too, but only when visiting video streaming sites and/or webs with some kind of flash banners. It hasn't happened yet when gaming (I will really only use my Boot Camp partition for that purpose), though I created it yesterday and haven't had time to try it thoroughly. I thought it would be better to keep the last driver version in terms of performance.
I OC'd it yesterday with the nVidia Inspector program, and it bumped my framerate in Skyrim about 5-7fps. I will try to force it a bit more, knowing now what signals to take as an alert. I had Lubbos too, I'll get my old notebook cooler and give it a go. Thank you again. Really useful.
