I just opened my FedEx box. Verizon does not have the best packaging. There was one air bubble for the back of the box where the serial number is and one for the right side. The phone was moving up and down in the box. No protection for the screen.

Seems to be a lot of movement for some on the 64g 6+ but I've had nothing. Ordered at approx. 4:45 EDT 9/12 due to the CP error10/7 ship date moved up to 10/3 and now just "We received your order and it is in process". Others with later order numbers and times are getting phones this week...

Yay! Update for those who care. I ordered a iPhone 6+ 64gb gold at 4:15 cst on the 12th. Originally had at 10/7 date that moved to 10/3. I was charged yesterday and received at tracking number just a few minutes ago. Delivery for 9/30.
I agree! I had 3 phones in one box with one air package thing. I can't and don't want to imagine the journey they took to get across the country
Ordered 9/12 440-5AM SG 16GB 6+. My account was just charged for the full amount tonight. The status on Verizon doesn't have a tracking number yet. Hopefully with all of the other indications it will be here by Tuesday of next week.

Was tired of waiting for my preorder to arrive, happen to be in my local bestbuy today and they had 1 6+ silver 128gb in stock. Could not buy it fast enough! Was a loyal android user till now #
Does anybody know what this means? Every time I checked on my order I'd enter the pre-order number and my last name, clicked on "check status" and it would tell me that my expected ship date is 10/17.
Just now I checked and after clicking on "check status" it gave me my order number and tracking number which was blank. Does that mean that there's been progress? I checked with my bank and I haven't been charged yet. Thanks.

5 747s loaded with iPhones are airborne and headed for the main distribution center. That's nearly one million phones. Movement is definately coming and damn soon. Hoping to see a bump for us folks that ordered a bit later than the actual pre order date. Really stoked about all the people recieving their phone today, earlier than expected.
Yes I saw this too! They're able to shift 1 mil units a day each plane holding about 200K iphones.
ooooh, you know what? I noticed that a little while ago when I was home for dinner break. I actually had to double take for a second because it looked weird/different. I just double check, and my tracking number and courier is blank. I honestly don't think that has shown up until today. Like you, I am pretty sure its only gave me the ACE order number, ACE location, status and expected ship date. Anyone else notice the change?
I'm hoping it means that there is some movement. For the longest time it gave me only the expected ship date (10/17), the "D" order location, etc. Hopefully, it means both of our orders are being prepared for shipment.
It means your order was sent for processing. Check your account and see if you have a receipt under documents or if your order shows up under order history.
oh nice! So, it appears that there is some kind of movement going on IMO. I just sitting here again trying to remember if they had the tracking and courier listed on there before tonight, and I really don't think so. Did you order through EDGE, or will you have a CC charge?
