Interesting though, I think that the reason people are seeing this is because the South Korean checkpoint just has poor tracking updates. I say this with a good amount of confidence because when I realized what was going on with mine and read that it was a recurring thing for others, I went online to check the tracking patterns my girlfriend's iPhone went through when she ordered hers. This isn't necessarily the way it unfolded chronologically on the Live Tracking Updates, but I noticed that the UPS tracking showed the 'Departure Scan' from Incheon, Korea as 9/25 at 12:03 A.M. (a.k.a. right past Midnight of 9/24) after arriving there on 9/23 at 8:00 P.M. just like yours and mine did.

Even though it showed that departure scan on that day, when all was said and done, it actually showed (and still shows) an 'Arrival Scan' tracking into Anchorage, AK at 1:06 PM on 9/24, and that it was actually departing Louisville, KY on 9/25 and arriving in my city late that night and delivered the next day. I don't think that Incheon's checkpoint facility has the most accurate resources.

Any movement on your end? I'm still in Korea! Although it still says on time so I'm trusting that.

What's in it for Apple to make the customer wait a few extra days for no reason?? I guarantee these delays or whatever are totally on UPS and they just don't want to cop to it...

Nope it's Apple. They did the same to FedEx. Freight sat at ramp til we got the ok to release it. And the freight that got thru and sorted wasn't allowed to take it out for delivery til that date they told. It doesn't happen every time mostly release date of phone and same w/ iPad. But they do it.

An account as big as Apple UPS/FedEx tends to do what they say
 
Anyone kinda mad they didn't push for Saturday delivery for the phones shipped on Thursday? I mean c'mon it's only been 6 weeks! It also bums me out that I can't place a hold one it to go get it ASAP tomorrow, I can't even request to ship it to work!

Unless products are one day air or over night, etc. I don't think many companies have moment on the weekend. I'd be surprised if your order wasn't shipped monday.

Yeah, I'd be shocked if we didn't get our packages on time. UPS is usually great with this. Alot of people who are on the shipment with us are getting their phones on the 28th, but i think we're a trip away from Louisville which is why they gave us the 29th. Not sure where you are. but i'm in kansas.

Few more days, and this fun will be over, and we'll just bit sitting here being bored with our phones :p as usual. haha

waiting for the product to come seems to be the most fun part, then its meh. lol

I am excited about the 6 plus though, it's going to improve things alot.

I'm in NY, so a bit of a hike from Louisville. We're closing on our house Tuesday, so I've had some stuff to keep me occupied while I've been waiting for it to make its long, slow journey from Zhengzhou!

Mine was in ZhengZhou on 10/22, it's going to be delivered in NYC on 10/27...it's closer than you think!

None at all man, but like I said, it seems there's a hiccup in the veracity and efficiency of the tracking updates when it gets to Kora, so I'm confident we're still on time for Tuesday.
 
I found an iPhone 6+ in my local Apple Store, so I took it and canceled my order yesterday (10/04). Everyone hang in there. The phone is beautiful, and you'll love it! I know I do. See ya in two years! :cool:

if it does ship Monday i doubt very seriously it would make it here the 29th

we'll see. that plane is schedule to take off in an hour from now. Will be interesting to see if the tracker changes then :p

For those of us still stuck in Incheon, UPS99 is scheduled to depart in 1 hour and 15 minutes (9:31am EST). Let's see if we make it on that plane.........

If we do, we should be in Louisville by just after midnight tonight.

Says delivery to me by end of day Thursday 10/30.
