First Wave of Apple Watches Begin Shipping Ahead of Friday's Launch

No but I have my Watch coming to home and additional charger going to work.
I tried to change the delivery address of the charger to my home address (Thinking if that puts me to the back of the queue no big deal), and it won't let me change the delivery address.
I think it's happening but in the background.
It's a shame we can't see pre-charges on UK credit cards like our friends in the U.S. can, (unless someone can correct me!)

I take 38mm is the smallest ??, so if i have smaller wrists than that, well i just haven't been eating my veggies

Easy. My justification is - I want to be satisfied. That aside, the leather classic is finely crafted, and adds a touch of classic feel to a new gen watch.
That aside, NOT spending $150 on a classic leather strap vs sport strap is like going to a wedding wearing rubber flip flops. Not gonna do it (bushism).
No offense to anyone. I plan to add a white sport strap for occasional use.
Still munching. Italian Herbs & Cheese, Turkey and lots of veggies.

Watch is preparing for shipment! 
I ordered 2 42mm Sports, Space Grey and White, but updated this afternoon with Preparing For Shipment and CC charged.
While I have no doubt that version 2 of the Apple Watch will have a significant improvement in battery life, any CPU/GPU improvements will probably be insignificant. I can't see Tim Cook getting on the stage next year and not announce a significant improvement with battery life, something critical to a watch or any other device. Most people here are quite aware from Apple's history that there's usually a significant improvement from the 1st generation to the 2nd generation with more incremental improvements from that point on (with the occasional exception of course). Once the "newness" of the new device category wears off, internal improvements have to be significant enough for people to upgrade or purchase for the first time.
In other words, people are smart and know what they're getting. It's been a few years since people had an opportunity to stand out temporarily with a Apple device and this is one of those rare opportunities. It was unnecessary for you to try to put doubt into the minds of people buying the Apple Watch. It just makes you look jealous, which you probably are.
I had my order completed at 302am, and got my confirmation at 304am. Still sitting in processing. Hoping I get to jump for joy like the rest of the cool kids soon...

Watching this thread with interest & excitement...
Ordered 42mm SS with classic leather strap as soon as the app allowed access with email order confirmation 8:04GMT and with the horribly vague 24/4 - 8/5 delivery...hoping for delivery on launch day and hating the waiting especially as I'm wanting to arrange work travel but need to be home for delivery!
Has anyone in the UK seen any movement?

It seemed all the white sport silver were first, then blue, next would be green, then eventually the space grey but it looks like I'm wrong. You got the space grey and your status has changed. Can I ask if you are US and when you got your order confirmation email? My confirmation email came in at 3:04 EST
I ordered a silver and space grey but I ordered the silver a full 2-4 minutes later (confirmation email came in at 3:11am and yet the space grey hasn't started but the silver has.

My confirmation was 1 minute later than yours and mine hasn't updated. I can not put into words the frustration. Does this mean mine won't arrive friday by default?
Not necessarily. I do believe they're going in order of orders received. You should get a status change later today. Good luck!
