'Preparing' as of Tuesday around 4:00 PM ET. No UPS/etc yet. I'm thinking we won't get any tracking/ability to pick up at depot.
Last time (iPhone 6) I was able to easily tell UPS to hold it for me at the depot in Chantilly VA via the UPS app/My Choice and I got it there at around 9:30 that Friday morning. May be waiting all day for the truck (whatever color!) this time.

Did you guys get the dreaded "email of death"? I did
I haven't received it, yet. I'm hoping I am in the safe zone. Who knows this could just be Apple trying to cut back on support calls. The email seems to really push "make sure you're updated" blah blah
I hope that is all it is trying to do. I really would love to see my watch on Friday

I mean if I order in the first five minutes, I'm still not getting it on launch day? I hope this is Apple's way of saying don't call support, it will come on Friday. If not, then Apple seriously has production issues/is deliberately holding back supply
I'm in Virginia and Order a 42mm Stainless steel with black sports band, and Order on April 10, around 3am, My is still processing and last night I get email from the Apple Store saying they are working on my order, I say if we get a shipping email today- then we will probably get it tomorrow.
I just received my email notice from Apple at 5:24 AM that my watch has shipped for a delivery tomorrow (fri). Keep your eyes open for yours!

I ordered the Blue Sport 42mm, delivering 4/24. Added screen shot to my previous message.
I do not think they are delayed if we do not getting any other changes in are order for this watch configuration today, then WE WILL NOT SEE ARE WATCHES tomorrow.
BUT IF WE DO see some movement in orders today then there is still a pretty good chance we will still get are watches tomorrow
For anyone in NoVA who has received tracking: I was having trouble finding a way to pre-sign for the Friday delivery so I went ahead and changed it to be left at the UPS customer center for pickup in Chantilly. It then told me that it would be available for pickup today (Thursday). I don't know what time it will be there, but just wanted to let people know about that option and the possibility of picking it up a day earlier. I apologize if that rubs salt in the wound of those of you without shipping/tracking yet...hang in there!
