green line of death

Just stated notice the green line at the right edge in instagram videos and stories. It only happens sometimes. Is this a bug or a hardware display issue? I’m on 11.3.1 with latest version of Instagram. More examples https://ibb.co/eWatu8 https://ibb.co/dbcj1o

My iPhone has recently started to get green dots popping up in a small line around the right side of the notch. I believe this will soon turn into a solid green line. If one has this issue today, would Apple replace the entire phone or replace parts in the phone like the display unit? (I am...
