iPhone X iPhone X Green Line/Green Dots. Does Apple fix it?

My iPhone has recently started to get green dots popping up in a small line around the right side of the notch. I believe this will soon turn into a solid green line. If one has this issue today, would Apple replace the entire phone or replace parts in the phone like the display unit? (I am aware that Apple replaced the entire phone around November/December)

In some of the previous threads, it seems the display was only replaced. But it might vary depending on the store and there ultimate decision.

A Slightly pink hue is not abnormal on an OLED panel, but if it starts to form anything like a vertical green consistent Line, then it is defective.
