There's a thread about this already, and no. With the further emphasis on the cloud, I find it unlikely Apple would spend significant R&D resources on a 128 GB iPhone 5.
If they have an all silver special edition... I'd jump all over it.

There's no official live stream from Apple, although the same was true for last year's event and yet people were watching streams of it.
It will almost certainly go up on Apple's website a few hours after the conference finishes.
The whole event will be available online at Apple.com within a couple of hours after it concludes.
You'll have to settle for the various live blogs for real time coverage.

Whether or not this will be a live video stream as opposed to just a live blog of the event, I don't know, however, someone told me that the same site did have a live video stream of the WWDC2012 a couple of months back so who knows....?!

yeah they did, i watched it. analysis after the event was a bit cheesy but they did have a stream from the event
